The River’s Bend Conference center showcases nine meeting rooms of various sizes, to allow us to accommodate intimate groups very comfortably in our smaller spaces and at the same time, host groups banquet style for 400 and reception style for 700. Our large ballroom divides into three rooms via air walls to house smaller groups, separate dining areas or breakout sessions. Each salon has a brand new sound system and is equipped with state of the art audio visual capabilities. We have a beautiful foyer at our separate ballroom entrance that is perfect to host pre-function receptions or a vendor area for large meetings. This area has a relaxing lounge complete with a large screen TV, cocktail tables and a built in full service bar. The John Deere Room is located on the first floor and has direct access to a screened in porch and a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. This room can accommodate fifty to seventy guests, depending on set up style. The BlackHawk Room is located across the hall from Backwater Jack’s Saloon on the first floor. Very similar in size to the John Deere room, it can accommodate fifty to seventy guests and has a built in coat rack area. The Green Acres Room is our smallest meeting room located on the first floor. It has direct access to a screened in porch and is great for a break out or a small meeting. The Wheelhouse, Portside & Starboard Rooms – Located on the second floor of the hotel, each of these meeting rooms can accommodate approximately thirty guests. Conveniently, there is a separate room in the same vicinity which may be utilized for a buffet station or hospitality area. Our gorgeous chandeliers and rustic atmosphere will enhance your corporate function, wedding reception or reunion. We work with a list of preferred caterers to offer you a wide variety of delicacies at a price to work with every budget. Other services may be scheduled for any group including full service bars, audio visual equipment and specialty linens. We are large enough to serve your every need, yet quaint enough to make you feel relaxed and “at home.”
