The Northwoods Conference Center showcases seven meeting rooms and offers approximately 12,000 square feet of space, accommodating up to 1,000 guests theater style and 500 for a banquet. All rooms bring a touch of the Northwoods to your event.
The Northwoods Room is our largest banquet room and is located on the main level of the hotel. This room boasts 6,882 square feet of space and can accommodate approximately 500 people banquet style, 700 people theater style, or can be divided into three separate Salons. The Northwoods Room features three rustic chandeliers, in-house sound system, video projection system, and large projection screen.
Each Salon has a separate volume and temperature controls and is equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment. Adjacent to the Northwoods Room is the Watering Hole bar area which is the perfect place for cocktail receptions or registration area.
The Thomas G. Rowe room is located on the lower level of the hotel and can accommodate 60-100 people.
The Eagle’s Lookout is located on the lower level of the hotel and features a walkout patio area. This room can accommodate approximately 45 people.
The Badger’s Den is located on the lower level of the hotel and can accommodate approximately 45 people.
The Pines and Timberlands are located on the second floor of the hotel. The Pines is the smaller of the two, accommodating approximately 30 people while the Timberlands accommodates about 60 people.
The Hearth Room is located on the first floor of the hotel, directly off of our main lobby. This room has a fireplace, large screen television, couch, tables, and kitchenette area. This hospitality rooms works great for small gathers of 15-20 people.
The Theater is located on our lower level and feature leather recliners, state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, and complete surround sound. The Theater is a great place for small business presentations and watching the “big” game or movie. The Theater comfortably accommodates about 12 people.
Our Northwoods ambiance will enhance your corporate meeting, wedding reception, or reunion. Events large and small can be accommodated with a full range of services. Food catering, beverage service, and audio/visual equipment is available for all occasions.
