"Larry went out of his way to make a bad situation better. Carried two trays for me and came back and carried my drinks to my room when I was having so much trouble.
Courtney was Johnny on the spot to help me when no waitresses were present. Very, very sweet smile and sweet, sweet spirit. She stopped what she was doing to help."

"Awesome Place! Wish we had a Grand Lodge in Mason City, Iowa! Everything exceeded our expectations. Kids loved the waterpark – something for everyone. The room was amazing, all the comforts of home – loved the separate bunk room for the kids with their own TV too. Love, love, love it! Best place we’ve stayed! Great job!"
