"I just wanted to say "thank you" to both you and your staff for all of your help during our wedding weekend. All of my guests were pleased with the booking process and enjoyed their stay tremendously. The guests with families kept commenting what a great place Stony Creek Inn is for people with kids. I had several kids comment to me at the wedding about cool it was that they had bunk beds in their room. I hope that our guests weren't too rowdy coming back late after the wedding!"

"We appreciated the very clean and comfortable room. We go to a lot of motels and this one is the cleanest ever! The breakfast was great. We had a very relaxing time. We can't wait to come back. You also gave us a coupon for supper. We chose The Log Cabin. Their food was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!!

"I have never taken the time to comment on any experiences I have had at a restaurant, hotel or anything. But, I felt I had to write and let you know that your Galena location is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. It was very clean, staff could not have been friendlier and helpful. Pool area was warm and inviting. Best of all we did not hear the usual stomping and voices of neighboring rooms! Outstanding experience...thanks to all!"

“We visit Galena four times a year when possible. This past May we wanted to try some where new. We always stay at the Ramada.
I did look over the reviews and thought some may have been written by your competition as we did not encounter any of the issues they did.
I started by calling the hotel and spoke to Dena ,she made me feel as if she could make are stay enjoyable. She did just that. She went over the rooms with me down to the last detail as to what you could see from different windows.
When we arrived she was there to greet us and to assure us that any needs we may of had would be taken care of.
The room she had picked for us was clean and comfortable. We heard no noise at all. This was great after the reviews we had seen.
The stay was perfect, the staff were all very nice and we will stay again and again.
Thanks to Dena for a great stay. She is really an asset to your company. We would of never tried this hotel if she has not been such a great help.”

"We met friends in Galena, IL and stayed at Stoney Creek Inn. Our standard Dachshund was also a "guest". My husband and I were so impressed with the friendly, helpful, staff and the cleanliness/comfort of our room. It is difficult to find lodging that will accept pets and this facility was outstanding at making our pet feel welcome. This made our entire stay so much more enjoyable because we knew "Julie" was comfortable/safe. We will definitely stay again!!!"
