"Thanks for all of your spectacular work on Teen Conference!  Your entire team was fabulous as usual, and we all worked together well to have a great event.  Renee` helped me out in a pinch when it became evident that I really should have booked the Lewis & Clark room, Chandler anchored all the contingency operations like the pro she is, and Andy did his usual awesome job of helping us knock down any problems that popped up.  The front desk crew was the model of friendly professionalism, and Alan in particular made sure that needs were met quickly and efficiently. "

"I can't begin to commend you enough on the fantastic staff you have at Stoney Creek Inn, Columbia. 

When I asked your team to join us as the sponsor venue for our first-ever Missouri Beer Festival, I knew you had the facility we needed.  Unique, comfortable and relaxed with the room for our vendors and 500 attendees.  But all of that would mean nothing without the human touch and interaction of a dedicated hotel staff.

From Renee Cosner and her team in sales to the front desk crews, maintenence, housekeeping, banquet and kitchen staff, we were treated with courteous professionalism from beginning to end.  Planning, asking important questions, thinking ahead and shifting gears when a change in the program popped up.  They may not realize it, but you and I know that kind of service is crucial and hard to find.

As I left your property on Sunday morning, I was again greeted by the staff's shining attitude.  On the staircase, a lone member of your cleaning crew was polishing the handrail and offered a sincere "good morning".  A perfect end to a perfect event."
