Central Reservations Office Manager

 

Stoney Creek Hospitality Corporation is seeking an ambitious, creative and organized person to manage our Central Reservations Office.  A friendly, eager-to-serve attitude is the signature of the people who enjoy a career with this organization that has opened 12 hotels in four states and is continuing to grow.  Stoney Creek Inn offers an upscale, expanded service, Northwood’s lodging experience.   

 

Responsibilities include arranging reservations for individuals and groups, selling rooms and packages, liaison between reservations and property General Managers, manage occupancy levels as well as forecasting.  Also responsible for hiring, training, motivating and measuring performance of CRO staff, while ensuring exceptional guest service.    

 

Two years reservation experience required.  Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry preferred.  Must be proficient in Word & Excel.
