2010-Stoney Creek announces its newest brand, Grand Lodge by Stoney Creek. The location of the first Grand Lodge will be Wausau, Wisconsin with the new property being the 2nd SCI lodge in the community. The Grand Lodge in Wausau will have 139 newly remodeled guest rooms, 4 meeting rooms and 50,000 sq.ft. of fun Loggers Landing Waterpark. Guests will enjoy Wolfgang Puck coffee, Lumber-Jack’s saloon for meeting and networking and the Grand lobby and business center will amaze and amuse. |

The Sioux City, IA Stoney Creek Inn is OPEN for business! This downtown urban lodge features 161 rooms, each with microwave and refrigerator. The Rivers Bend Conference Center will host business meetings and conventions, as well as social events. Waterfalls, an “over the top” courtyard, and the most exciting lobby in the state will “wow” every guest . Wolfgang Puck fresh coffee is available 24/7. |

Inspired by the unique history of Sioux City's waterfront area, Stoney Creek Inn is quickly becoming a part of the city's community redevelopment project. Much earth has been moved, and ground is cleared for construction. A 2009 opening date is planned. The style of the hotel will complement the historic, yet contemporary feel to the area. The 161 room hotel will be a true destination, as it will sit among a thriving area complete with retail, dining, and entertainment venues. |

Sioux City, Iowa is confirmed as the location of the latest Stoney Creek Inn! The 11th property will be located directly north of the Tyson Events Center at the crossroads of Pearl, Pierce and Third Streets. With a new exterior look, the design will focus heavily on the rich local history of Sioux City. Our state of the art facility will be totally smoke free and include 161 guest rooms. Guests will find the unique decor they have come to love in all sleeping rooms. There will be a mix of custom rooms, suites, and extended stay accommodations. Over 15,000 square feet of meeting space is planned, plus a large smoke free public lounge area. Groundbreaking ceremonies are scheduled for early fall.
